One tap from estimate to quote
Every Instant Estimator can offer “Get my detailed quote”, Compact and Full width alike. You choose which ones.
- Sized with the same RdSAP heat loss as the estimate
- Priced from your catalogue, packages and margins
- No EPC? It asks for a survey instead of guessing
Build a quote from a postcode
Pick the address and QuoteFlow reads the EPC, works out the heat loss and design temperature, checks the grant and prices every option.
- Heat loss element by element, RdSAP 10
- Your cost, margin and price for each option
- Enter your survey figure and everything re-prices
Your catalogue, your margins
Heat pumps, cylinders, controls, parts and labour, with your trade prices. Group them into packages and set a markup or a margin.
- Start from our list of common products, or import a CSV
- VAT set per line, grant taken off, prices rounded your way
- Optional extras the customer can add, like a smart thermostat
A quote they can say yes to
Your logo and colours, the options side by side, what's included, running costs against their current heating, and the grant. Accepted online, on any phone.
- Emailed and on its own web page, valid for the days you set
- Cash or finance, extras, and a typed signature
- Never shows your costs or margins
Know when to pick up the phone
See every quote sent, opened, accepted or declined, what's been won, and which quotes need you now.
- Emailed the moment a quote is accepted
- “Opened, not answered yet”: a good time to call
- Analytics: acceptance rate, value, speed and sources
An estimate, or a quote
LeadFlow gives homeowners a quick, honest estimate. QuoteFlow adds the quote that follows it.

| Running costs | — | Per option, against their current heating, on real tariffs |
| Next step | A callback request | Accepted online, subject to survey |
About QuoteFlow
Is a QuoteFlow quote binding before the survey?
No. Every quote says it's subject to survey. When you've surveyed, enter your own heat loss figure and the quote updates, and the customer sees the survey-confirmed version.
Do customers ever see my costs or margins?
Never. The customer's page is built from a separate copy that only holds what they should see: the options, prices, extras, running costs and the grant.
Where do the product prices come from?
Your catalogue. We start you with a list of common heat pumps, cylinders, parts and labour, which you edit or replace with a CSV import, then set your markup or margin.
Can I still build quotes myself?
Yes. Start from a postcode in the console, or turn any lead into a quote. Instant website quotes and your own quotes sit in the same list.
How do I get early access?
Tell us a little about your business on the contact page. We'll set up your catalogue with you, show you around and switch it on.
