Billing

How billing works

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Sign up, build your estimator, set your prices and preview it, all for free. You only pay when you want it running on your website or hosted page.

How is it billed?

Monthly, by card, through one subscription: your plan plus any add-ons you switch on. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.

Can I add or remove add-ons later?

Any time, from Billing in the console. Switching one on is charged straight away for the rest of the month; switching one off gives you a credit.

What if I have more estimators than my plan allows?

LeadFlow runs up to 3. If you have more, your oldest 3 run and the others show “Estimate Not Enabled” until you remove one.

What is QuoteFlow early access?

QuoteFlow is live with a small group of installers while we finish it together. Get in touch and we'll set you up, show you around and move you across when you're ready.

How do I cancel?

Cancel your plan in Billing. Everything keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. There's no contract.
