3. **Visitors get an instant estimate, from your prices**: A homeowner enters their postcode and gets a heat pump size and price range for their home in seconds, worked out from its EPC and priced from your own list, with the grant taken off.
4. **Get the leads, and the homes that weren't ready yet**: When someone asks for a callback, their details are emailed to you straight away – everything you need to pick up the phone. Get the homes that got a price **but didn't request a callback** (addresses only), ready for a follow-up mailshot.

### What is xenquote?
xenquote is a set of online tools for renewables companies: an instant heat pump quote calculator for your website, a hosted quote page with QR code for when you don't have a website, and a lead inbox. It's built by the team behind xenscope.

### How does the calculator work out a heat pump size?
It starts from the home's Energy Performance Certificate. The Full width style works out the heat loss with the published SAP 10.2 and RdSAP 10 methodology and the MCS design temperature for the location; the Compact style gives a quicker guide from the home's type and number of bedrooms. It then picks the smallest heat pump size you offer that covers the heat loss.

### Is the price a quotation?
No. Homeowners see a price range based on your own prices, less the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant, to help them budget. You confirm the final size and price after a survey.

### Do I need a website?
No. Every calculator can run on a quote page we host for you at go.xenquote.com, with your company details, colours and logo, and a QR code you can print.

### Do you store homeowners' personal details?
No. When a homeowner asks for a callback, their details are emailed straight to you and never stored by xenquote. We keep only the address that got an estimate, so you can see your quotes in the lead inbox.

### How much does it cost?
LeadFlow is £99 a month plus VAT for up to 3 calculators. Add up to 3 contact forms for £5 a month, or a hosted page with its QR code for £15 a month. It's free to set up and try, billed monthly, with no contract. QuoteFlow, with full quotes your customers accept online, is in early access: ask us.

### How long does it take to set up?
About 10 minutes. Sign up, choose a style, set your colours and your price for each heat pump size, add the email address for enquiries, then paste two lines of code into your website.

### Will it work on my website?
Yes, if you can add your own HTML to a page. That includes WordPress (a Custom HTML block), Squarespace (a Code block), Webflow (an Embed element) and hand-built sites. If you can't, use a hosted quote page instead.

### What happens when a homeowner asks for a callback?
You get an email straight away with their name, phone number, address, the estimate they saw and the home's heat loss. Reply to the email to contact them directly.

### Does it take off the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant?
Yes. It works out whether the home is likely to qualify, using Ofgem's rules, and takes off £7,500, or £9,000 where the off-gas uplift applies. It's a guide: you confirm eligibility when you apply.

### Can I change how it looks after it's live?
Yes. Change your colours, font, words or prices in the console and your website shows the new version straight away. You never need to touch the code again.

### What do homeowners see if my calculator isn't live?
A neat “ASHP Estimate Not Enabled” card, never a gap or an error on your page. That happens if your plan doesn't cover the calculator or the website isn't in its allowed list.

### How is xenquote related to xenscope?
They're built by the same team, which is why the calculator says “Powered by xenscope”. xenscope is our property data platform for finding the homes to target; xenquote is the set of tools that turns your website visitors into leads.
